Huguenot is once again “adopting” two families this Christmas via Family Services of Westchester. This year we have adopted two large families that need many essentials in addition to toys and books for their children.

Our Adopted Families
The first family is a household of six. The mother is currently working part-time, and is struggling to maintain the finances in the home and provide a Christmas for her children. Her family includes a six-year-old girl, a five-year-old girl, a five-year-old boy, a two-year-old boy, and a newborn.
The second family is a household of seven. They currently have no income aside from rent assistance and SNAP food benefits from the government. In addition to the mother, the family members are a 12-year-old girl, an 11-year-old girl, an eight-year-old boy, a six-year-old girl, a three-year-old girl, and a two-year-old boy.
Please keep these families in your prayers as we also look to provide them with their material needs!
